A LETTER TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Hello to our Wonderful Jack Browns and Billy Jack’s customers,
You know how we roll. We believe in parties. We believe in social gatherings. We believe in going against the grain. But most importantly we believe in our staff and our community banding together to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Based on the recommendations of national health officials, effective Tuesday, March 17th most of our restaurants across the country will be closing the dining room and transitioning to take-out service only. We will be offering a limited menu for delivery very soon, carry out and curb-side pickup where available. We’ve just initiated online ordering through our website, so check your location page at billy-jacks-shack-staging.y8qbdrx7-liquidwebsites.com/locations and order when ready. We’re also delivering gift cards, merchandise and even beer in select locations.
Our servers and bartenders will be handling some of the deliveries, so they can still make ends meet as we all get creative through these wild times. We’ll also be working with delivery apps in your area, so you can check those as well.
Our operating hours will be affected as well. Delivery will be available until 9:00pm daily and take-out orders will be available until 10pm. These hours may vary by location so please check your local stores social media accounts to stay up to date.
We’re all bummed that we can’t hang with you and your friends. But the quicker we all do the right thing, the quicker we can all party together again soon.
